We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for the Power & Utilities Sector. You'll be instrumental in analyzing business models and processes to capture business requirements that translate into technical specifications. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the system architecture solutions align with business objectives. As an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional, you'll focus on delivering solutions to enhance our Power & Utility clients' work and asset management capabilities. You'll collaborate with high-performing teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring better working assets. You will be working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds, skills and expertise in our Service Delivery Center which is a key driver of EY's global delivery business model. As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis within our Service Delivery Center, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities will include continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Expect to maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. As a Manager, you will manage and deliver client engagements, often interacting at an executive level. You will also engage in practice development activities, increasing value and efficiency. You'll mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.
