About The Position

The Maximo Administrator at X-energy LLC is responsible for the administration and support of enterprise software applications that facilitate business operations and service transactions. This role involves maintaining system configurations, access controls, and monitoring technology trends to enhance service delivery. The administrator will also lead strategic technology projects and ensure high availability and performance of the software applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Typically, ten years of experience in a relevant role.
• Experience with API and other integration methods.
• Experience in the administration of software applications or similar systems.
• Experience installing, upgrading, enhancing, and supporting large-scale administrative software applications.
• Experience in web and mobile applications support.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience with load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Maximo platform, including software installations, upgrades, and patches.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to deploy database, web, and application servers in a multi-instance environment.
• Specify and verify system architecture and integration with other application systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in collaboration with IT colleagues and vendors.
• Monitor system performance for high availability and load balancing, ensuring adherence to service level standards.
• Administer security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Develop documentation and instructions for the user community and support new process development.
• Partner with Senior Managers on architecture and business transaction projects.
• Research technology trends impacting enterprise content management and provide input on service improvements.
• Collaborate with vendor support for operational issue resolution and maintenance patches.
