About The Position

The Assistant Superintendent serves as a key member of the district's leadership team, supporting the Superintendent by providing strategic direction, operation oversight, and instructional leadership. This position manages personnel, directs district operations, and fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to ensure the success of all students.

Requirements

  • Valid Ohio Superintendent Certificate
  • Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience
  • Preferred at least three (3) years as a building principal
  • Three (3) years of teaching experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a management team configuration
  • Demonstrated expertise in management, human relations, and instructional leadership
  • OTES and OPES credentials are required
  • Valid driver's license
