About The Position

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Retail Service Representative to work an average of 15-25 hours per week. This role is crucial in driving Mattel's business at key accounts. Ideal candidates will be passionate about merchandising, enjoy interacting with customers and store management, and take pride in making a difference in overall sales. This flexible job is perfect for those looking to supplement their income while still having time for family or other commitments. As a Retail Service Representative, you will develop strong partnerships with store management, merchandise Mattel/Fisher Price products, set account planned programs, and negotiate for unplanned space throughout the store. You will also lead and train local market associate representatives, coordinate in-store events, implement point-of-purchase materials, and provide key survey data on each account. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador for Mattel and report business insights back to the leadership team, participating in meetings and ongoing training.
