About The Position
Mattel Retail Service Division is seeking a Temporary Team Associate to collaborate with Retail Service Representatives in Albuquerque, NM. This role is integral to the Retail Service organization, which acts as an extension of the Sales & Marketing teams at the store level. The team is composed of retail experts dedicated to providing premier in-store execution and conversion. With over 50 years of continuous service at Mattel, the focus is on merchandising, retail execution, customer service, sales, and training, while delivering real-time business insights. The ideal candidate will be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced working environment, particularly during the peak season, which requires a minimum of 15 hours per week in November and December. Responsibilities include merchandising Mattel and Fisher Price products on the shelf, building displays, implementing Point of Purchase materials, ensuring planogram compliance, and providing customer service. Additionally, participation in special projects and conducting in-store demonstrations are part of the role. Successful candidates will demonstrate a growth mindset by staying curious, embracing challenges, and continuously improving themselves. Candidates must be at least 17 years old and have access to a vehicle, including a valid driver's license and current car insurance. Physical requirements include climbing ladders up to 12 feet tall, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and the ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and walk for long periods while adhering to safety policies.
