Requirements

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus)
• Full-time availability (Mon–Sat, 32+ hrs)
• Passion for kids, teams, and results
• Pass background check

• Sales, parent comms, or ops experience

Responsibilities

• Assess students, craft custom plans, and close enrollments
• Be the face: Greet families, handle comms, resolve concerns
• Hire, train, and lead tutors; analyze reports to hit goals
