About The Position
The Math Tutor position at Benton Heights Elementary is designed to provide targeted support for students in 2nd and 4th grade, focusing on enhancing their understanding and proficiency in mathematics. The tutor will work closely with classroom teachers to identify specific areas where students may be struggling and develop tailored instructional strategies to address these needs. This role is crucial in helping students build a strong foundation in math, which is essential for their overall academic success. The tutor will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse learning styles of students.
