Join Blueprint Schools Network as a Math Fellow and support students through high-dosage, small-group math tutoring designed to accelerate learning. As a Math Fellow, you’ll play a critical role in launching our Blueprint Math Fellows program in the Copper Corridor —working directly with students in schools, receiving ongoing coaching and professional development, and contributing to a mission-driven organization committed to sustainable, evidence-based results for students and communities. 💙 Why You’ll Love Being a Blueprint Math Fellow Meaningful Student Impact Support 4–8 students at a time through small-group math instruction—building confidence, skills, and academic momentum. Cohort & Coaching Join a collaborative cohort of Math Fellows and receive ongoing coaching, professional development, and leadership growth opportunities throughout your term. Schedule & Term Full-time, school-day schedule; Part-time schedules may be available Full Time: Monday–Friday approximately 8:00 am–4:00 pm Part Time (four hour blocks): 8:00 to 12:00 availability block or 12:00 to 4:00 availability block. May vary slightly depending on individual school schedules and school placement. Final schedule depends on school placement End Date: Aligns with the end of the school year with summer support anticipated; selected candidates will have the opportunity to express interest and be considered for following school year opportunities based on performance. Compensation & Benefits Compensation $18/hour, paid bi-weekly Total compensation is based on assigned school schedule and number of student service days Benefits Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible full-time Math Fellows (100% of the individual premium paid by Blueprint) Professional development & career growth: One-on-one coaching Up to 72 hours of ongoing training for full program year (prorated based on start date) Exposure to pathways in education, nonprofits, and leadership Support network: Ongoing mentorship Community-building with peers 1:1 coaching from Blueprint staff Meaningful resume experience: Develop instructional, leadership, and collaboration skills valued across education and mission-driven sectors Through this role, you’ll play a direct role in advancing educational equity and improving student outcomes.
