About The Position

Mathnasium of Converse is looking for an exceptional Math Instructor to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.

Requirements

• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra 2
• A passion for math and working with students

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional instruction services to students
• Positively interact with parents
• Become proficient with digital educational materials & processes
• Teach in-center, online (only after 6 months of in-center instruction), and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices which include individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best instruction
