About The Position
Cayaba Care is working to drastically improve the experience of underserved Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities by reimagining how we deliver meaningful and compassionate care to expectant moms. Our mission is to improve pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey for women and their families by transforming the delivery of maternity care. We build trust-based engagement and wrap-around support for expectant mothers, ensuring they have the social, clinical, and emotional support needed for a joyful pregnancy and postpartum experience. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a vital link between clinical care and community-based support for new mothers and their babies. This role will help shape how we deliver care to families in Washington, D.C., ensuring our model is responsive to their unique needs.
