CoxHealth seeks a BE/BC Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join our experienced team at the Regional Perinatal Center in vibrant Springfield, Missouri. Position highlights: Join our collegial team of two MFM physicians and two NPs Weekday schedule, 1:3 call Consult only, with referrals from OBGYNs throughout our health system Large patient base includes 30 counties throughout southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas The clinic is conveniently located in an outpatient building attached to the hospital, Cox Medical Center South Cox South, a 706-bed facility, has been affiliated with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals since 1986 The hospital includes a Level IV Maternity Center with full-time, in-house OB Laborist coverage by BC/BE OBGYNs It also has a 28-bed Level III NICU staffed by a team of 6 Neonatologists and 6 NNPs, with 24/7 in-house coverage The Cox Air Care program and the Children’s Ambulance provide newborn emergency transports This highly developed regional referral center delivers over 3,500 babies each year Optional teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
