- 1 community provider
- 1 contract provider w/ residency (clinic)
• Support Staff:
- MA, Sonographer
- Additional Support Staff & All Offices
• Specialty Backup: Obstetricians, Neonatologist & Others
• Case Mix/Procedures:
- High-risk pregnancies
- Fetal complications
• Other Info:
- Open to H1B Visa only

Requirements

• Active MI License or willing to obtain
• BC in OBGYN & MFM
• If BE, within 2 years of residency
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS
• Clean Record (highly preferred)
