The organization is seeking an experienced Maternal–Fetal Medicine Physician to join its expanding women’s health and perinatal team in the Renton area. This full-time, permanent position focuses on managing high-risk pregnancies through consultation, co-management, diagnostic imaging, and procedural services. The MFM will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, neonatologists, genetic counselors, and perinatal nursing staff within a coordinated, patient-centered care model. Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Maternal–Fetal Medicine fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal–Fetal Medicine
- Eligible for Washington medical licensure
- Prior MFM practice experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic imaging competence and ability to manage complex perinatal cases
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient and inpatient consultation for high-risk pregnancies
- Perform and interpret maternal–fetal ultrasound and diagnostic imaging
- Manage complex maternal and fetal conditions collaboratively with OB/GYN teams
- Support labor & delivery teams with high-risk assessments when needed
- Participate in fetal surveillance, prenatal diagnosis, and care planning
- Provide guidance for genetic counseling and advanced perinatal testing
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
- Contribute to perinatal quality initiatives, case reviews, and multidisciplinary team discussions
