About The Position

The Maternal Child Center is seeking a Scrub Technician to assist surgeons during C-sections. The role involves ensuring that the surgical suite is adequately prepared for these procedures and includes responsibilities such as cleaning, wrapping, and sending all instruments to Central Service for sterilization.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in OB or in the Operating Room; preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists surgeon during C-sections
• Ensures surgical suite is adequately prepared for C-sections
• Cleans, wraps and sends all instruments to Central Service for sterilization
