About The Position

Royal is a diverse manufacturer of injection molding, urethane foam and assemblies, serving the automotive, furniture, and consumer products industries. The Materials Supervisor at Royal leads and supports our shipping and receiving teams across the plant. This role is based out of our Mission facility and reports directly to the Materials Manager. The position will train for 4 weeks on 1st shift (8am-4pm) before moving to 3rd shift (12am-8am).

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Self-driven and team-oriented
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good time management skills
• High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
• Willing and able to work overtime
• Ability to work 3rd shift (12am-8am)

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in the execution of outgoing and incoming shipments
• Inventory control
• Focus on Continuous improvement
• Utilize ERP system (Syteline), scanners and other technology related products daily
• Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities within the shipping and receiving teams
