The Opportunity We are hiring a Materials Specialist (First Shift) on the Radar Supply Chain Management team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to receiving, storing, monitoring and tracking the movement of LeoLabs parts, equipment & supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, timely replenishment of materials, and compliance with company policies. In support of the Radar Hardware and Supply Chain Teams, your contribution will directly help mature our manufacturing efforts as we ramp up our radar deployment schedule. With locations around the world, you will maintain accurate reporting, perform cycle counts and reconciliation, process inbound/outbound shipments, and provide support to our Logistics team. This role will be fundamental to our ERP (NetSuite) implementation and maintenance of all transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with competing priorities. This role requires keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and implementation of new processes. You will join the Radar Deployments Group and report to the Associate Director of Supply Chain Management. This is an on-site role at our Headquarters in Menlo Park, CA, 5 days a week.
