About The Position
The Material Specialist position at Duke Energy is responsible for executing day-to-day activities in support of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, transfers, and chemical inventory management. This role ensures inventory accuracy and the safe handling of materials within the facilities. The Material Specialist will work closely with plant management and staff to prioritize and implement activities related to operations and maintenance, while also supporting the supply chain organization. Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new systems are essential for success in this role.
