Interns will help explore emerging modeling techniques, support research activities, and contribute to studies focused on evaluating methods and validating properties relevant to internal projects, with the goal of advancing state‑of‑the‑art semiconductor applications.

Requirements

  • strong interest in computational modeling in materials science, chemistry, or related fields
  • hands‑on experience working with either localized molecular models or periodic boundary condition (PBC) approaches

Nice To Haves

  • Modern AI or machine learning methods applied to the physical sciences
  • Computational modeling techniques such as molecular simulations or structure–property prediction
  • Approaches for generating, analyzing, or representing molecular or materials data
  • Simulation workflows involving atomic‑scale or mesoscale modeling
  • Development or application of models to predict material or chemical properties
