• Apply and refine validation and auditing processes using advanced material characterization and testing tools.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Make quality decisions regarding material selection and development that influence product performance.
• Create and improve material specifications and standards to meet performance requirements.
• Independently lead smaller projects or manage complex components, providing clear direction to the project team.
• Execute established and new work processes and systems, contributing to technology and product knowledge development.
• Coordinate work among technicians and student employees, mentoring less experienced engineers.
