TEAM OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will join the Applied Global Spares (AGS) team that manages the Built to Print commodity family. The candidate will have an opportunity to work on a variety of sourcing projects to support strategic sourcing efforts, and supplier performance improvements (cost, delivery, quality) by working with a cross-functional team, thriving in a high-paced environment.

Requirements

  • SAP / Tableau experience
  • Microsoft Applications (ability to perform Excel V-lookup and Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate to solve complex problems
  • Comfortable presenting to various hierarchies of management team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
  • Experience negotiating and project management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills (Vlookup, compiling data from multiple reporting sources).

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact interfacing with suppliers and communicating requirements pertaining to cost, quality, delivery, and repairs.
  • Ability to pull and analyze data from multiple sources to make sourcing decisions and support special projects (i.e Lead Time Reduction).
  • Interface with cross-functional groups including, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Global Supply Chain counterparts.
  • Project management supporting transition projects for multi-sourcing solutions.
