Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials purchasing and supply chain activities for manufacturing automotive HVAC systems and parts.
• Prepare purchasing orders and analyze bidding requirements for purchasing necessary materials.
• Compile purchasing records, sales performance, and inventory levels to assist management in strategic purchasing programs.
• Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, availability, reliability, and track records.
• Evaluate the purchasing process to determine the most effective procurement methods for maintaining inventory levels.
• Maintain accuracy of purchasing documents and follow up regularly with suppliers and customers.
• Analyze purchasing materials requirements to maintain records of purchased items, costs, and product performance.
• Confer with different departments to discuss defects of purchased materials, goods, or services and prepare corrective actions.
• Keep track of market conditions and changes affecting supply and demand levels.
