The Truck Mounted Forklift (TMF) Coordinator will be responsible for truck mounted forklift inventory planning and management, forecasting, and the overall product and customer journey as it relates to the TMF product line. We are located at 1118 W. Craighead Road, Charlotte, NC 28221. This position reports to the General Manager of the Charlotte location.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 - 3 years experience with inventory management, or forecasting.
  • Working knowledge of MS applications including Word, Excel.
  • Ability to travel if required, less than 10%.
  • Demonstrated experience with processes for providing customer service. This includes identifying customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and obtaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory ensuring accuracy and adequate amount of material available to support forecast and inbound units.
  • Support and manage local upfitting schedule to ensure a smooth flow of products for the distribution channel.
  • Communicate estimated time of delivery to both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Manage and communicate finished goods inventory supporting sales team & Operations.
  • Gather and collect all required documentation to process new customer orders as well as the administrative order entry duties into the local ERP.
  • Allocate and re-allocate customer orders to ensure optimal outbound load efficiency is met.
  • Provide support as required for Customer Relation System (CRM) to support the sales coordination.
