Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP in order to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.
  • Support product development and sales and marketing team members with indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term market trends and demand.
  • Support in planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations as well as improve processes and plans for improving supply capabilities.
  • Participate in the development of monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.
  • Assist and learn how to establish clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP and track appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
