We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Materials Planning Analyst in Mossville, IL. Job Summary: As a Materials Planning Analyst within the Prove Design team, you will be responsible for the coordination of material from the supplier to the shipping location.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

2+ years of technical school and/or an Associate's degree; or 1+ years' experience working with suppliers
Previous work experience in Global Purchasing, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics
Previous experience working with suppliers
Experience using Microsoft Office
International shipping process familiarity
Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Responsible for communication with the supplier, the issuance of purchase orders and working along side Prove Design Coordinators to obtain material for engineers
Responsible for the tracking of the order status and tracking of the material inbound once it has shipped and will be required to perform some grief resolution
