About The Position

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Material Resource Planner (MRP) to help shape the future of our supply chain operations. Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in material planning, production scheduling, or MRP systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision making
• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or aviation industries preferred
• Familiarity with NetSuite, JobBOSS, or similar ERP/MRP systems
• Understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order coordination
• Experience working with electronic materials and regulated environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased material plans based on BOMs, production schedules, and program timelines
• Translate program demand into actionable planned orders and coordinate purchasing activities with Procurement
• Monitor material status and availability across development, qualification, and production phases
• Ensure MRP system data accuracy, including lead times, lot sizes, and reorder points
• Drive resolution of material shortages by working closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality
• Assess material impacts from configuration changes and design updates
• Identify and escalate risks to material readiness and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate BOM accuracy, manage part substitutions, and support early material needs
• Contribute to program schedules, burn-down charts, and execution readiness metrics
