You will be responsible for supporting all Logistics and Materials Management processes within the Plant according to an Integrated Lean Six Sigma culture enabling achievement of the required production volume and eliminating loss. How you will contribute You will: Manage the team for optimizing Operational assets and workforce scheduling to meet production/ distribution/ customer requirements, including production & material planning, material planning & movement, warehousing and RM/PM & finished goods inventory management Lead end to end Supply Network pillar, as part of Integrated Lean 6 sigma journey, to identify supply chain losses and develop & implement a road map to deliver best in class goals for cost, cash & service and loss elimination in line with the Mondelēz International Supply Chain strategy. Be responsible for Plant Warehouse and Re-Packing operations (internal & external) performance and delivery KPI’s. Be accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the team responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building More about this role What you need to know about this position: Relevant work experience in material planning, demand planning, inventory management & handling, purchasing, and/or Forecasting, Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills. What extra ingredients you will bring: Leading MRP-Material Requirement Planning systems, Defining & maintaining RMPM master data, boundaries and parameters PO issuance, Materials call offs processes, follow ups with suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders from procurement and warehouses Proactively and timely report any production or Vendor/shipping/carrier issues, and enlist supplier transporter, planning teams to pre-empt any business impact and/or accommodate changes production and/or delivery schedules as appropriate. Executing RM/PM & FG supply chain set up of new products in collaboration with BD Monitoring Vendor conformance to schedule in new projects launches leading the Phase-in Phase-out and write-off analysis, reporting, and execution in new project launches Managing the Monthly Provision, GIT, DIOH, Adoption and OTIF reports Building self and other Key User’s capability on SAP planning systems. Manage inventory for RM & PM, Plant DMS participation and alignment for Operational excellence, Support IBP preparation & dashboard completion. Actively participating in SN-Supply Network pillar activities and lead systems and projects to drive Supply Chain Loss Analysis and Elimination. Education / Certifications: High School Diploma/ GED (Required) Bachelor's degree Logistics or Business preferred or equivalent experience. Job specific requirements: Work effectively with internal (production & supply planning teams, procurement, plant warehouse & logistics teams, plant BD-business development and other multi-functional resources) & external stakeholders (suppliers, transportation, vendors etc.) to ensure consistent and reliable supply of materials for production use in accordance to our standards, procedures and protocols. Proactively and timely report any production or Vendor/shipping/carrier issues, and enlist supplier, transporter, planning teams to pre-empt any business impact and/or accommodate changes production and/or delivery schedules as appropriate. Execute MRPs-Material requirement planning systems, Defining & maintaining boundaries and parameters, Materials call offs processes; RM/PM – raw & packing materials and finish product supply chain set up for new products in collaboration with BD; Vendor conformance to schedule, Build self and other Key User’s capability on SAP planning systems; Manage inventory for RM & PM and FP as per KPI targets, Plant DMS participation and alignment for Operational excellence, Support IBP preparation & dashboard completion, Adhering to Manufacturing compliance and governance standards.
