OC Reilly is seeking a dynamic, take-charge individual to oversee hospital materials management in Bar Harbor, Maine. This on-site position offers an empowering role with opportunities for both personal and professional growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Materials Manager oversees an efficient materials management operation. Responsibilities include staff oversight, strategic planning, inventory control, and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies to support patient care. The manager collaborates closely with hospital leadership, clinical teams, vendors, and finance to maintain cost-effective supply chain operations compliant with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Skilled in delegation to ensure efficient performance of direct reports.
- Strong time management to handle multi-site responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 3-5 years of experience in materials management or supply chain operations.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and procurement.

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, supply chain management, business, or related field preferred.
