About The Position

The Materials Management Technician at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is responsible for the accurate handling of materials in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role involves receiving, ordering, shipping, and distributing materials to support manufacturing and operational needs. The technician will ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and regulatory standards while working in a dynamic environment that supports the development of innovative biopharmaceutical products.

Requirements

• High school diploma with at least 2 years of work experience, including 1 year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP application software.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in logistics/warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• PSA forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, pick and issue material in support of manufacturing, quality, and operational needs.
• Perform system transactions and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, and closure of outstanding issues.
• Receive, inspect, segregate, and label incoming materials to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Comply with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, and local & corporate policies.
• Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments, including cold chain shipments.
• Create Transfer Orders and Requests.
• Train Materials Management personnel on equipment and warehouse processes and procedures.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory audits.
• Perform other duties as required.
