About The Position

To coordinate routine work activities and job-related functions of assigned staff and receive, stock, and distribute all vendor supplied products, linens, other materials and equipment as needed to end user areas. May function independently with limited direct supervision or with more routine direct supervision.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in materials handling position encompassing ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies and equipment.
• 1 year supervisory or lead experience required.
• Current and valid New Jersey driver's license.
• Good eye-hand coordination.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to learn medical supply and equipment terminology.
• Ability to operate computer terminals and printers.
• Ability to organize workload and cope well under emergency and stressful situations.
• Ability to work cooperatively with members of the healthcare delivery team, staff, and co-workers.
• Good organizational skills and adaptability to an ever-changing environment.
