About The Position

The Materials Loader is accountable for uploading, mixer set-up, cleaning mixers, downloading, moving, and labeling raw materials.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and write reports.
• Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Must have good communication.
• Organized and pays close attention to detail.
• Work with a sense of urgency when required.
• Strong understanding of applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements and other related safety policies and best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to monitor and maintain records and inventory.
• Must have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months to one-year related experience in manufacturing/construction fast paced environment.
• 2 or more years of sit-down propane forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Must understand clearly the MRC Raw Material Processing and different types of RM handled at MRC.
• Complete changeovers, including cleaning the loading bin and aspirator.
• Visually inspect silos.
• Responsible for placing updates to the Raw Material Inventory monitor on a daily basis.
• Know all sections and areas designated for RM mixing and storage.
• Recognize the difference among yellow, red/white striped, and green-labeled material.
• Responsible for entering all the numbers on the uploading/downloading report.
• Responsible for sampling and submission of raw materials.
• Responsible for informing of any contamination in Raw Materials to the supervisor.
• Attends all required training and required company meetings.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the support of business and process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned, including general housekeeping.
