As a Material s Handling Associate , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the quality and service they expect. What You’ll Do : Customer Care: Deliver results and provide an optimal customer experience. Maintain Quality & Safety: Identify non-conformities, keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhere to 5S principles, and follow all safety procedures. Support Team Objectives: Maintain flexibility to support shifting production needs, including helping in different areas of the warehouse when to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts and other machinery; maintain a valid Forklift Operator’s license; change batteries and propane tanks as needed. Handle Inventory: Receive incoming products, manage inventory in control systems, and store items neatly in stock and surplus locations. Fulfill Orders: Identify , pick, verify, sort, package, label , and load outbound products; assemble kits and ensure accuracy in part numbers and quantities. Meet Performance Expectations : Achieve productivity requirements while maintaining accuracy and quality b y demonstrating problem solving, critical thinking, and collaboration . Perform other related duties as assigned.
