About The Position

Materials Handlers are responsible for the correct receiving, replenishment, picking/packing/shipping, crediting, truck loading/unloading and housekeeping duties for MIC. Proper rotation and industry storage guidelines are to be followed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all. Must meet or exceed performance metrics. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisory staff. Need to meet productivity standard. During the selection process, you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question. Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The completed interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship. Requirements

Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
Basic computer skills are very helpful.
Certification and training of powered industrial equipment such as Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Reach trucks will be provided.
On-the-job training for all job responsibilities is provided.
Need to meet productivity standard.
Must be available for occasional overtime
