About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Material Handler III to support warehouse and material movement operations. This role is hands-on and critical to keeping product moving accurately and safely throughout the facility.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and use a computer system to track inventory
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments
• Basic computer skills
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals
• Ability and willingness to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Prior warehouse or receiving experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time
• Constant operation of machinery and handling of materials
• Frequent movement throughout the facility
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry 25+ pounds

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Unload and stage incoming shipments using various material handling equipment
• Prepare and break down inbound shipments to validate accuracy
• Put away product into correct locations using material handling equipment
• Pull orders accurately using paper or electronic pick lists
• Operate forklifts and other material moving equipment as needed
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash
• Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and performing job duties
