About The Position

We are looking for a Materials Handler (Warehouse) to start ASAP. You will be cross-trained in multiple facets of the production process and will be expected to train others working in a collaborative environment while meeting production goals and adhering to strict quality standards.

  • Overtime will be required during peak production seasons.
  • Ability to kneel, squat, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to climb OSHA-approved rolling ladders.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders promptly and accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently.
  • Collaborating with a team helps to ensure orders are picked up on time.
  • Support inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and collaborate with the team to update the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects.
  • Ensure items meet quality standards before loading them onto the truck.
  • Document any discrepancies and collaborate with the team lead.
  • Work closely with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
  • Communicate effectively with the assistant manager and team leaders.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Practice safe working principles.
  • Active participation in continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
