Your Impact As a Materials Handler on our 2nd shift, you will ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered to support production and customer orders during critical evening operations. Your work helps maintain operational continuity, safety, and efficiency as we scale.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or materials handling role, preferably in manufacturing
Forklift experience required
Experience with ERP systems and basic computer and data entry skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on assignments
High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, matching shipments to purchase orders
Own inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and timely updates in Epicor
Pull, package, and stage materials for production and customer orders using ERP pick lists
Load and unload trucks, palletize materials, and prepare shipments to prevent damage
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Partner with production, shipping, and inventory teams to keep materials flowing smoothly
