About The Position

The Material Handling Associate (Replenishment Operator) supports inventory flow by ensuring pick locations are stocked, inbound inventory is received and stored accurately, and material movement supports uninterrupted fulfillment operations.

This role is designed as a flex position, supporting inbound, replenishment, and general material handling as volume requires.

Location: Helton Drive, Florence, AL. On-site.
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor.
Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
Shift: 1st shift, M-F, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, and material movement.

Responsibilities

• Replenish pick locations from reserve storage to maintain order flow.
• Monitor pick-face inventory levels and proactively restock as needed.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Receive inbound product and verify quantities and condition.
• Assist with unloading, staging, and put-away of inventory.
• Communicate discrepancies or damage to the Supervisor.
• Operate material handling equipment (as certified).
• Maintain organized storage locations and aisles.
• Flex into fulfillment support during peak periods.
