Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.

Nice To Haves

• Vocational Certification or Associate's Degree in an Inventory Management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and performance of daily activities involving staging work orders.
• Coordinate with other departments for the delivery of items to and from storage.
• Maintain proper storage techniques and verify items for staging.
• Return items no longer needed for work orders to the warehouse.
• Assist in reducing backlogged or expired inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Expedite back order material for the shop in collaboration with Purchasing and Warehouse.
• Deliver and remove work in process as required by the shop.
• Maintain radio contact with manager/field at all times.
• Assist in receiving and shipping duties.
• Pull and document material required for production.
• Count, verify, and document material received from suppliers.
• Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs for equipment used in daily operations.
