This position is in the Distribution area and is dedicated and responsible for the overall inventory accuracy for Shipping & Distribution NA. This role ensures inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts of items to meet customer and patient needs. Requirements
- Read, Write, and Speak English
- Knowledge of Inventory management best practices
- High School Diploma/GED
Nice To Haves
- Technical/bachelor’s degree
- Inventory Management experience
- Shipping/Warehouse/Distribution experience
- WMS experience
- Proficient with MS Office Excel
- Automated picking experience (picking and adjustments with scan-based technology)
Responsibilities
- Provide work direction for team members relative to inventory accuracy
- Support inventory improvement programs
- Audit for inventory accuracy
- Present daily metrics to team at the daily tier meeting
- Communicate daily by email (pass down, rush emails, IT tickets, etc.)
- Support Warehouse Layout Planning
- Special Projects as required to include Annual Inventory Audit Planning and Execution
