Requirements

  • First level university degree in business management or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 2+ years of experience in a supply chain function.
  • Typically, 0-2 years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language.
  • Good qualitative and quantitative analytics and data modelling skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Partnering skills (e.g. improving the day-to-day performance of internal and external customer relations).
  • Lean Sigma methodology familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for development, planning, execution, and management of various activities related to materials and inventory control for materials, parts, and supplies.
  • Logistics coordination, receiving, distribution, storage of materials and cycle counting programs.
  • Inspection; order fulfillment; kitting; movement of materials; ensuring physical inventory and maintaining designated inventory records using various material tracking systems.
  • Scheduling work for designated areas of operations; compiling data for reports; and statistical analysis.
  • Responsible for materials, distribution, ensuring that performance (inventory, cost, etc.) meets business requirements.
  • Manages a team of non-exempt individual contributors; leads and coordinates daily activities.
  • Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development.
  • Ensures the delivery of products and services that meet the performance metrics defined by next level management.
