Scope: Monitor and maintain the material in the assembly area stock room. 1st shift hours are 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Mon-Fri. This position is located at 10720 Bradford Rd., Littleton, CO.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform basic and routine repetitive mechanical assembly operations on components and subassemblies using fixtures, screwdrivers, etc.
  • Proficient use and familiarity with hand tools.
  • Ability to run automatic soldering equipment.
  • Ability to understand manufacturing documentation.
  • Requires basic mechanical skills.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow assembly instructions, including visual aids and drawings.
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination.
  • Ability to use (hold, lift, maneuver, etc.) hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to maneuver tiny objects such as screws, wires, etc.
  • Environmental regulations for proper chemical handling and storage of chemicals
  • The employee is responsible to follow all RCRA standards as outlined by the certification that he or she has been trained to at all times.
  • The health and safety regulations encompass the cleanliness of the area that he or she will be working as a result.
  • May handle hazardous waste as outlined in departmental work instructions.
  • Must be able to read at a distance from 1 to 2 ft, #8-9 font
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs; over 50 lbs with assistance
  • Ability to work on feet for entire shift
  • Maintain a fast pace with a lot of physical movement
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of inventory control experience

  • PCB manufacturing/assembly helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Stock Room
  • Perform Incoming Inspection as specified by Quality.
  • Receive material into MRP system.
  • Pull kits and issue to assembly floor in timely manner
  • Track C of C’s upon receipt of material and issue C of C’s with material when issuing parts to assembly floor.
  • Organize, maintain, and audit material in stock room by performing weekly audits on material as required in order to streamline the monthly inventory audits.
  • Conduct monthly inventory audit working closely with Finance Manager
  • Process scrap notices to provide material to assembly floor as required
  • Batch parts for distribution to assembly floor
  • Determine floor stock and work with Assembly Manufacturing Manager to implement Kanban system as required
  • Monitor stock levels and re-order consumables as required
