What we Offer: • Medical Insurance • 100% Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance • 401K with Employer Contribution • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) • Education Reimbursement (related field) • Employee Referral Program and Recognition Program • Paid Holidays and 15 Paid Time-Off Days annually Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for the daily operation of the Materials Stores department in compliance with all Company, OSHA , FAA, Customer, etc. requirements • Meet inventory goals and performance standards • Review and evaluate supply material in support of maintenance daily needs and forecasting for upcoming special projects • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all required documentation, labeling, storing to including the scanning and imaging of work packages and traceability documents while meeting all AerSale and Customer requirements • Work with Material expeditors, Purchasing Dept., Maintenance, and Customer to ensure incoming material is processed and reported in a timely/accurate manner to include customer owned property • Ensure the flow of all materials are processed in a timely and accurate manner to Customer/Maintenance personnel as required • Ensure physical inventory and cycle counts are accomplished and stock levels are continually monitored & updated on regular basis • Assist Material Supervisor to ensure all Stores/Warehouse Employees are adequately trained. Review and implement training procedures where needed • Evaluate and report material discrepancies and shortages in a timely manner to facilitate corrections within the AerSale computer system and ensure accountability for all company assets • Ensure Leads are monitoring time-controlled materials and shelf-life items to ensure items are dealt with accordingly, appropriately, and within specified time frame • Enforce safety programs, initiatives and activities • Maintain work area clean and orderly fashion at all times • Ensure coordination between Stores and Tool crib on processes/procedures with receiving and issues/returns are being met. • Assist Department Manager and supervisor as required • Generate reports as requested by Department Manager • Deal with Customers in a courteous, professional manner to coordinate material needs Work Environments: Work is performed in a warehouse / aircraft maintenance repair facility or office environment but will include work outdoors from time to time. Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Minimum 3 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving experience Abilities and Skills: • Possess a thorough knowledge of common warehouse practices and warehouse tool operations, i.e., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. • Read, write and fully comprehend the English language • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to handle all clerical duties associated with this position • Ability to navigate across functional organizations, maintaining excellent working relationships with all department heads and employees • Ability to work under pressure, relate to others and maintain flexibility due to changes in priority • Proficient with current software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Pentagon a plus • Must be able to complete all assigned tasks with minimal supervision • Must be able to perform with a high degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignment • Self- Starter, Self-Motivated with strong planning, organizational and time management skills • Desire to work in a small company environment, which requires broad range of skills and requires ability to change direction without notice. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds • Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as walk extended distances • Must be able to climb stairs, ladders and/service stands • Must have normal corrected hearing and vision • Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
