This position allows for a hybrid arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the office. The Materials & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating materials from project initiation through delivery for electric utility capital projects, including transmission, substation, and large load projects. This role partners closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure materials are ordered on time, delivery schedules align with construction needs, and risks related to long lead equipment are proactively managed. This position is critical to supporting project schedules by working backward from in service and construction start dates to establish material order timing, monitor lead times, and coordinate delivery to job sites, laydown yards, or utility storage facilities.
