Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in material handling in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated diligent and precise work ethic.
  • Ability to work well with others in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing across the organization.
  • Bottom-line accountability and cost-conscious orientation.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands including safely lifting up to 70 pounds, standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License required.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and stage materials for jobs, returns, and/or service.
  • Unloads incoming materials using 3 way match, and stores in proper locations.
  • Receipts incoming material into ERP system.
  • Submits required documentation to Accounting.
  • Conducts cycle counts.
  • Coordinates with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Initiates purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory of all stock materials, shop supplies, etc. on a daily basis.
  • Keeps material and receiving areas neat and orderly.
  • Operating various forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Building crates for service and warranty as needed.
  • Organizes material
  • Assisting in other duties as assigned.
