About The Position

The Materials Associate I will perform materials / logistics related functions in order to support the manufacturing and distribution of Hearing Aids, FM Systems and Accessories.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or receiving
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Comfortable using small tools, computers, and following work instructions
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

Responsibilities

Perform order fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, and invoicing
Support light assembly work (RIC, Battery Label, BTE Recasing)
Inspect products, identify defects, and escalate issues as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Contribute to process improvements and help achieve team goals
