Requirements

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work according to urgency.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Inventory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to count accurately.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to keep proper documentation and records.
  • Must be able to promote and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Must be able to follow company policies, procedures, and corresponding work instructions.
  • Ability to operate MHE may be required in some facilities.
  • Must be willing and able to learn material technician functions throughout the facility to ensure a flexible, cross trained team.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work full-time with extra hours & weekends as required.
  • Demonstrates technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Inventory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the materials supervisor, this position performs duties related to shipping of product.
  • Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
  • Prepares related documents.
  • Maintains shipping/receiving area.
  • Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
  • Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
  • Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
  • Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.
  • Maintain the automated inventory management system to ensure that actual physical inventory matches the database logical inventory.
  • Completing all legal formalities, procedures, and paperwork for receiving/shipping the goods.
