Requirements

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work according to urgency.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
Inventory experience is preferred.
Ability to count accurately.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to keep proper documentation and records.
Must be able to promote and maintain a safe working environment.
Must be able to follow company policies, procedures, and corresponding work instructions.
Ability to operate MHE may be required in some facilities.
Must be willing and able to learn material technician functions throughout the facility to ensure a flexible, cross trained team.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to work full-time with extra hours & weekends as required.
Demonstrates technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the materials supervisor, this position performs duties related to shipping of product.
Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
Prepares related documents.
Maintains shipping/receiving area.
Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.
Maintain the automated inventory management system to ensure that actual physical inventory matches the database logical inventory.
Completing all legal formalities, procedures, and paperwork for receiving/shipping the goods.
