About The Position
This is a Temporary Only position for approximately 50 days. Rate :$26.32/hour Shift : Days Job Summary: The Material Support Technician coordinates material support functions. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a Secret Clearance and able to maintain clearance. Associates degree preferred. 2-3 years' experience. ALIS, MRO, EXCEL, ETIMS systems experience required. HAZMAT training experience preferred. Good organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of tools/equipment. Strong work ethics. Strong computer skills.
Requirements

- The working conditions will mostly be a well-lit, air-conditioned shop environment.
- This position must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. as well as have the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Physical requirements of the position may also include, but are not limited to, bending, twisting, and lifting.

Responsibilities
- Manages F35 mod tooling kits.
- Maintains current tool procedures to prevent/eliminate FOD
- Inspects, Identifies, inventories, and controls tools.
- Receives, stores, repairs, dispose tools as required.
- Uncrates/crates equipment and tooling.
- Process improvement skills.
- Ensures TMDE is current including Preventative Maintenance schedules and due dates.
- Picks up toolboxes & materials as requested, completes toolbox inventory and documents.
- Provides tool reports as required to include temporary loan tools, overdue/pending, currently on order, annual template review status etc.
- Processes disposition requirements to include documentation and deliveries as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
