About The Position

As a Materials Specialist, you will maintain inventory for ProCare. You will handle and maintain flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. Pick and dock out finished products for allocated orders Work with quality and production to manage the process of moving parts and materials throughout the manufacturing plant Reports all equipment and process related problems to area supervisor including events and circumstances which would affect product quality, cost, and employee safety Works with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggests improvements Maintain a computerized inventory system, reconciling discrepancies as required. Must be able to proficiently operate a variety of material handling equipment which may include, but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.

Requirements

Be able to bend, pick up and lift up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or a minimal amount of force constantly to move objects

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing, forklift, order picking experience
Experience with RFU scanning device; SAP, ERP systems
