Material Specialist Intern (Midland/Odessa) The Materials Specialist Intern will process and kit material requests for timely delivery to job sites. This role has direct interaction with engineering, construction, and suppliers to determine needs. This intern maintains appropriate inventory levels, determine what work will be performed by contractors, ensures areas are environmentally compliant, and environmental and governmental records are completed timely and filed according to regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process and kit material requests for timely delivery to job sites.
- Direct interaction with engineering, construction, and suppliers to determine needs.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Determine what work will be performed by contractors.
- Ensure areas are environmentally compliant.
- Ensure environmental and governmental records are completed timely and filed according to regulations.
