Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with SAP systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in an engineer-to-order manufacturing setting is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communicator who thrives in cross-functional team environments.

  • Advanced education (Master's degree) and proficiency in analytical tools and business systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, and supplier capacity planning in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and ensure timely part returns for repair.
  • Generate and manage return purchase orders to support efficient repair cycles.
  • Monitor material availability and proactively communicate delays that may impact operations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and quality teams to resolve complex supply issues.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support uninterrupted production through timely part repairs.
  • Track open orders and follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates.
  • Manage inbound logistics, request expedited shipping when needed, and monitor critical supply tracking.
  • Escalate delivery risks within supplier organizations and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Analyze supply chain metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.
