Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Raytheon is seeking a temporary supply chain professional to serve as a part-time Material Program Manager. The successful candidate will have the ability to interface with many different functions and levels of leadership to drive challenging issues to resolution. They will also have a working knowledge of supplier performance management and supply chain financial metrics (Estimates at Complete, Material Sales, etc).

Requirements

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• Experience working in a matrix environment
• Experience, managing challenging suppliers to ensure program and business goals are achieved
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Stinger Program
• Experience working within the US Government laws and regulation with respect to acquisition activities (FAR/DFAR)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex Supply Chain challenges
• Drive comprehensive Supply Chain risk and opportunity management to achieve predictable financial performance in EACs and Material Sales
• Manage supplier performance with respect to both cost and schedule
